Online Vouchers are sent via email to the purchaser Monday - Friday during office hours (8:30 - 17:00) Excluding Public Holidays.
Physical gift cards and e-vouchers may also be purchased from any Camelot Spa or CSpa Wellness countrywide.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue. This does not include complimentary/promotional vouchers.
